Incidentally, MSLGROUP is the only PR network in India featured in the 2014 India’s Best Companies to Work For Study!

In its 11th year, India’s Best Companies to Work for Study again attracted participation from around 600 organizations, spanning over 20 industries based on a methodology that has been validated and recognized globally.

Jaideep Shergill, CEO India, MSLGROUP said: “It’s indeed a great honour. This award truly recognizes our commitment to building an admirable workplace through noteworthy employees through focused initiatives resulting in a highly motivated team.”

According to the institute’s research, a great workplace is one where employees trust the people they work for, have pride in the work they do and enjoy the people they work with. Any workplace can be measured through five dimensions: credibility, respect and fairness, as well as pride and camaraderie.

From the management’s perspective, a great workplace is where you achieve organizational objectives with employees who give their personal best and work together as a team/family — all in an environment of trust. An organization can create and sustain a great workplace culture by implementing great practices across nine people practice areas: inspiring, speaking, listening, developing, caring, thanking, hiring, celebrating and sharing.
